My car broke down in November and on November 5th my car was taken to Scott's Automotive for repairI gave him the description of what happened to my car while I was driving before it tore up on me and he took that information and come up with his own diagnosisSo far he has replaced the crankshaft sensor saying that was the issue and after he realized it wasn't the issue he said it was the computerSince then he has bought one use computer and it wouldn't flash so he has bought three new computers and it still is not the issueHe is replace them other things as well and still claims he cannot figure out what is wrong with my carHe has had my car for over months now and because of this it has put me in a rut financially and I've not been able to get a job and keep one because of Transportation issues because he has had my car for so longI do not expect to pay for all the parts that he is replaced on my car that was not the issue with it and I need my car fixed
Fraudulent charging labor hours workedWas charged for three hours of labor and labor was only done for one hour
On 10/17/at 1:02pm I arrive to auto repair shop was quoted $at hourly labor for repairing a knock sensor on a Chevrolet CruzOnly hour was worked and I purchased my own part and was still charged
