The Filters for Ms. [redacted]'s vacuum are manufactured by HMI and the cartridge is a hepa-rated filter and the quality is equal to if not better than that of HMI. Second of all, we don't know who "Filter Queen" is or who Ms. [redacted] spoke too, but "Filter Queen" is a brand, not a company. Products are either manufactured by HMI or of a hepa-level filtration media. The Company has never had a consumer report that any products purchased by a consumer have caused damage to their products. The statements made by "Filter Queen" are simply untrue and undocumented. Many different businesses carry Filter Queen products for consumers to purchase along with many different filters for consumers to purchase just the Company. In closing, the Company does not state that by the purchasing of products would renew any warranty. If Ms. [redacted] can send documented proof that the Company's filters are substandard quality and have caused damage to other products as stated, the Company would be happy to refund her purchase. However, at this conjuncture the Company feels we have provided Ms. [redacted] with hepa-rated quality products equal to if not better than filters she would have purchased elsewhere and have fulfilled our obligation.
