This case has been resolved with the customer [redacted] *** I approved the chargeback of $through my credit card processing company On October 31st Ms [redacted] did indeed call for a cab and prepaid via credit card However, the credit card transaction was never completed Then when Ms [redacted] cancelled the cab and requested a refund, the 3rd shift dispatch, not knowing transaction wasnt complete, refunded the $ Mind you, she was never charged the $to begin with, but she DID get a refund I called my credit card processing company to try and stop the refund, but it had already been deducted from my account I was told I would have to run the card to gt my money backI would like to note that I left a message on Ms [redacted] voicemail in November about the clerical error my dispatcher made She also was made aware in that voicemail that I was going to run the card From that point on until May I ran her credit card to try to get my money back Each time I got a "decline" declines to be exact, On May 5th the $was approved On May 8th Ms [redacted] called to dispute the transaction I TRIED to explain the situation I asked her to show me on a letter from the bank where the money was deducted from her account and then refunded I would have reimbursed her She refused and suggested I make the dispatcher who made the error pay the money back I did NOT make the dispatcher pay the money back........being she is a single mother of childrenAfter long thought and reading the horrible reviews she posted suggesting the I must have needed the money to "fix the books" I decided that even though I was in the right and did nothing wrong that I would let Ms [redacted] have MY $ Its not worth my time to continue to try and fight her on it April M [redacted] Office Manager Unique Taxi (765)644-

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this response/resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I would like to note that the company never left me a voicemail in November of Even if they did, it wouls have still been illegal for them to charge my card without my consentNot to mention, that this was resolved a while ago because I reported it as a fraudulent charge because that's exactly what it wasI'd also like to note that I checked with my bank and there has never been one and definitely not "declined" charges from this company to my bank

This case has been resolved with the customer [redacted].  I approved the chargeback of $80.00 through my credit card processing company.   On October 31st 2016 Ms. [redacted] did indeed call for a cab and prepaid via credit card.  However, the credit card transaction was never completed....

 Then when Ms. [redacted] cancelled the cab and requested a refund, the 3rd shift dispatch, not knowing transaction wasnt complete, refunded the $80.00.  Mind you, she was never charged the $80.00 to begin with, but she DID get a refund.   I called my credit card processing company to try and stop the refund, but it had already been deducted from my account.  I was told I would have to run the card to gt my money back.
