Horrible company I signed a 4-year maintenance agreement with them after I traded in an old copier and got a new one from them that they promised would be better It was a lemon, nothing but problems They were extremely slow to come fix the copier After about a year they even gave up and brought me a "new" copier Of course it was not new, you could tell it had been used as it had little marks on it and some wear and tear But the biggest issue is that it was a step down It didn't even come with a finisher like the last two unit they took from me already had We have also been unable to get it to scan to e-mail or scan to file, which they will not help with We have been calling them for months and they do not answer or return calls I have also e-mailed them and they do not answer Never use this company!
