On 2/**/I purchased a pair of Valentino shoes which were listed for $and I was told by the sales clerk that they were 100% authentic Since it was a holiday they were 50% off and I paid $I went to have the shoes authenticated and I was told that they are a knockoffI have my proof and I would like a refund It is illegal to sell counterfeit itemsI included the email from *** where I paid to have the shoes authenticatedThis is the email as follows:

f I could give ZERO STARS I would, manager and I believe owners are mean nasty people...I've been shopping here for over three years without a problem...well I met a nasty miserable woman today who claimed to be the owner and was kicked out of the store for no reason whatsoever and told not to ever come back..nice way to treat your loyal customersAfter being upset for hours after this ridiculous incident I realized she did me a favorIm glad to know they will never get another of my hard earned dollars again...I sincerely hope that woman gets the mental help she needs I feel sorry for her...smh

Review: We represent Italian Design Jewelers and were a tenant Of Unique [redacted] ([redacted]) for close to 20 years. Last summer after paying our rent Every month for 20 years on time we decided to close our location in the [redacted]et. According to our contracted we were suppose to get our security deposit for the amount of $3000 back. We have contacted [redacted] the [redacted] of the [redacted] and he has been sending us back and forth to the management office which does not answer us and have hang up the phone on us multiple times. [redacted] also does not respond to our call any more. Please keep in mind according to our contract if we were late for rent one day they would charge our company $50 in fine without any exceptions. We have left our location more than three months ago and still did not get our security deposit back.Desired Settlement: We request an immediate refund of our security deposit plus $50 in fine for every day that has passed as your own company use to charge us for late payment when the rent was due. This payment needs to be paid within 48 hours of receiving this notice.

Review: Thrift store advertised that furniture would be 50% off on July [redacted] and [redacted]. Brought $99.99 console a-marked as "FURNITURE" to register, 50% sale was not honored. I was told that it was, and I quote, "just a play on words" and that the item was "not furniture" even though the pricetag/label they affixed to the item was clearly marked as "FURNITURE". Did not purchase console although I would still like to. The sale price would be fair, the $99.99 price given is unreasonably inflated. Not sure why advertised sale is not being advertised. I spoke with the [redacted] and I was told outright that they would not honor the advertised sale. They have since revised the advertisement to state "large furniture" it didn't state that originally, and there is no distinction as to what constitutes and differentiates large furniture from small furniture. Item is still labeled and advertised as "FURNITURE" in store.Desired Settlement: I would like the advertised sale and item categorization to be honored, instead of being told that it is a "play on words"
