We regret the miscommunications that happened, and have communicated that to our customer.  We did not deliberately "lie", but there were misunderstandings and miscommunication.  We have called and offered a full refund, asking that she return the cards (completely at our expense) since...

she will not be using them.  This was an very unusual and unfortunate experience for her, and we are ready to refund her in full.
