sent three quotes, the first one was a land quote which had flights included. After they looked over this quote they wanted to do this so I suggested the NCL cruise and gave them two quotes without flights.
After approximately 22 emails and numerous phone calls which were long distance, after hours and on weekends we received on 10 March 15 an email stating "I screwed up" and stating they were sorry but booked this on his United site and stated it was an accident and that he needed to send an Edible Arrangement.
From his complaint he stated that he was shopping around and found a great deal with the travel agent connected to his United account, therefor it was not an accident as he took our suggestions and went elsewhere.
Therefore, since we were requested to help with their Hawaii trip we billed them for our time sending emails and telephone calls and our help and suggestions.

The threats were not even addressed. Terrible way to run a business. I hope ever person that walks in the door or engages this operation realizes they may or will be charged for the communication then threatened 4 days later.
