DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY First delivery came very late and only 2/of our stuff showed up Weeks later they tried to bring the rest of our stuff but we were still missing over boxes and parts to various pieces of furniture This company is a total SCAM They overcharge and don't care about their customers at all Nobody knows what they are doing Of the items we did receive, plates, glasses, dishes were all broken and our tv was damaged If I could do it all over again I would have spent the additional funds and went with a much more reputable moving company The women in this office are 100% totally incompetent I could go on and on with more issues we had but this is the jist of it
I would never recommend this company unless you are going through your company that will be paying for your move.
As an individual that was moving out of state, I was promised that my belongings would be well taken care of to find out the day of the move which they were a day late and my belongings were going to be put in storage till they had a full truck to travel out to AZ from Ohio.
Once my belongings arrived within 2 wks the truck broke down twice within getting a call that they were going to deliver but I had to wait an extra 2 days due to the truck breaking down. Once the truck did arrive, my belongings were damaged plus a computer desk was missing, never delivered or no customer service to what might have happened to my desk.
I was not able to pay for insurance for all my belongings since I was charged more once the movers arrived to pick up my belongings in Ohio. I could only accept the .60 cents to the lb for each item, which is why for the damaged furniture.
