The clock bag was originally designed by a Japanese brand and was stolen and being resold by them. They even kept the brand name and logo on the purse. I contacted the company explaiNing this and was brushed off and dismissed. I do not condone art theft or replicas. This shop is stealing other shops designs and selling them as their own.

Absolutely atrocious company. I went to this site because I heard they have cute swimsuits.Huge mistake. After I paid for my order, three days later I am notified that one of the items I ordered is out of stock. Who wants to shop on a website where they display everything as available and you only learn differently after you purchase! The customer service rep said I would be refunded through my paypal account, and that she would contact merchandising about the unavailable item still showing as available on the site. She never did. And I never received a refund, so I contacted them again. I was told once again the refund was put through and to take it up with PayPal. So I did, and they ended up filling a claim with this company because I had not been refunded. After waiting weeks for my package, it finally arrived and they sent me the wrong swimsuit entirely. I immediately called online support. Finally someone with some intelligence was able to help me. Overall horrible experience.
