Latrice *** owner and operator of this tax service filed my taxes without consulting me first. When I asked her the status of my taxes she told me she filed them and irs took everything and she didn't get paid. A month later irs sent me a statement stating I had $715 and when contacted Latrice she swore she hadn't received a $1 until I called irs and they said it was posted to her account 3 weeks ago. On that day after talking to irs she sees it and now give her until 12:30 so she get paperwork to show me how I owe her the whole $715. I have all proof via text back and forth for months.

Refund I want my money. I didn't sign no agreement or paperwork before taxes so how can you come after the fact and make up fees.
