I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be not satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to
perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved
Although *** *** did come back to repair,I believe the repair He made may not last long as He only caulked some shingles,this is a new roof and I've never heard of a roofer caulking shingles or a roof vent
I have already repaired the roof and will be going back to customer's home to make sure everything is OK
