As the attached invoice shows, I was charged for a Tekstyle brand cover, model *** and was sent an Extang brand cover, model
44405.
This is unambiguously the vendor's mistake for charging me an invoice for one item and sending me another.
Their solution, that I pay the return shipping in order to process a refund, is not acceptable to me

If I would have known that Unique Auto Depot was ordering *** material I would have not done any business with them. Website had a price Error and it ended up giving the customer the item for $0 we called to notify the consumer of the error and he wanted us to ship him the item free. This was a glitch in the system and unfortunately we can not honor a free item. His credit card was never charged the $349...

that the item costs and we do not distribute any info we use a 3rd part shopping cart provided from[redacted].com and they do not give us any Credit Card info by law !!! Please close this case it has been resolved on our end. Correct part was sent if customer is not happy he can send it back for a refund Thanks

Send it back to address on top of box once they get it back they can issue a refund !!

Please have the customer ship the item back to [redacted] # 4 Scottsdale Az 85260 once we get our item back we can issue a full refund !

Please have the customer email us with a pick up address to [redacted]@uniqueautodepot.com and we will email a return label
