I want first say thank you! I rec'd my cake lay on on time. I had to make a cake for my son's Eagle Ceremony and have to say I was a little nervous that I was going to mess it up. It had to be one of the easiest cake decorating. I had followed the directions that were sent with the editable cake lay on. It worked perfect. Thank you sooo much! I totally recommend this if anyone does not want to pay an arm and a leg for a cake. Everyone complimented my cake at the ceremony.

Review: The product sold didn't work as it should have and when I contacted the seller she offered to make it up by doing another for free for the next event I had. In the interest if settling this I felt like this was the fairest solution for all. When it can time to act on this she is now not responding to my request or e-mails. I feel I have no choice but to demand a refund before I take the drastic step of filing an affidavit with the credit card company for a fraudulant transaction and breech of contract. I did save and have all the e-mail communications reguarding this.Desired Settlement: See above
