I, *** *** of Unique & Elegant Hair Designs, am being falsely accused by *** *** all because she is trying to get more money than she paidI don’t owe *** *** $On (Date) Mrs*** called me to make an appointment for (Date)As we were making the appointment she
stated she needed hair for her Sso I directed her to my site to order through *** if she would likeShe did so, but the hair did not come in, in timeMrs*** came in upset because she was worried about her hair not being done on timeSo because I wanted to make sure she was taken care of & beautiful for the Military Ball she was going to, my Assistant & I immediately started on her hairMrs*** is stating that different people worked on her hair and that is not trueAlso Mrs*** states that my Assistant must have cut her hair while braiding itThe design I use to do my sew-ins is braiding in a complete circleIn the picture Mrs*** sent me stating that was her hair & where it was cutIt was in the top of her headThere was no way that if it was cut during her service in my salon that it would be on the top of her headShe did not come back to me to take her sdownIf you are cutting the net off the braids, especially yourself, or cutting the thread that may have been sewn through the braid while taking the braids downWhen Mrs*** texted me about her hair, I was on stage at a hair show and I let her know thatOnce I returned home, I asked Mrs*** to come in so that I can see her hair and to see what we could do about resolving the problemShe told me she was coming in but never did, even still to this dayThen she contact me to let me know that she just went ahead and got her hair braided up, but was requesting for me to pay her $instead of any other solutions because she was moving out of townI asked her how I was going to see her hair now that she has had it braided upAll the while posting falsified statements on Google Business, Yellow Pages, Yelp, RipOff and now you all Revdex.com, having her friend text me, reaching out to my clients to stop them from scheduling appointments with me (a couple of new clients, contacted me to inform me that that spoke with Mrs*** and from what she told them and explained it, they would rather go somewhere else if that’s how I treat my clients), being very, very disrespectful by cursing me out of my name and threatening me that she is going to destroy me and my businessAfter the last very disrespectful text, my Manager instructed me to have her only contact her from that point on, because it started to effect me while I was at work and home, so that she could see if we could work out a solution to the problemI texted Mrs*** to instruct her to do soWhen Mrs*** called my manager and explained the situation to herMy manager asked Mrs*** that if she is reimbursed her money, would she take down all her posts about the business and sign a Cease to Desist contractMrs*** agreedWhen my manager followed up the next day after speaking to our lawyer, she asked Mrs***, “How much was she expecting to be refunded and ‘What was the total she was expecting back including.” Mrs*** stated $($for the service & $for the hair) plus a $tip, but stated I could keep the tip[Mrs*** is asking for more than she paid because she only paid for Bundle of hair at the price of $Here’s the break down of why she only paid $for the hair: Since she said *** hadn’t sent her hair and I wanted her to be ready for her ball on time, I spoke with her with a solutionThe solution was that I would call some other Hair Stylists whom have very nice hair for sale at times I don’t have any on hand and have never had any complaints about the hairMrs*** stated *** haven’t sent her, her money back yet and she didn’t have any money to buy extra hairI told Mrs*** that I wanted to help her and that I would buy her Frontal ($80.00)The Hair Bundles came from two different salons because each only had one of the needed bundles: was $and the other was $I told Mrs*** all she had to pay was $for her Sservice and $for of the BundlesShe said she only could pay the $and will come in the next day to pay the $Mrs*** gave me a $tipI asked Mrs*** to bring the Frontal and the hair back if she takes it out before coming back in to get her hair from *** installedShe agreed and came in the next day and paid only $40.00.] Mrs*** was very happy and pleased with my service and the hair that was used on the day of the Military Ball she attended with someoneShe sent me texts stating soAny of my clients that I do my craft on is told to send me pictures so that I can post itMrs*** was asked and she did so as well, but because she wanted to try and make me look bad, it then became a problem with me posting her picture/my craft on my Facebook pageAfter she had her friend text me about taking her picture down and she as well, I took it down to please herMrs*** stated “If *** doesn’t want to pay me the full amount then I’ll just call my lawyer.” My manager told her that after speaking to our lawyer we came to a resolution to pay her only back for the service which was $and for the $bundle totaling $240.00, but before she could finish Mrs*** became irate and stated that if it’s not the full amount of $she will continue to post bad reviews and talk to clients, etcand that she didn’t want to talk to her (my manager) anymore and that her lawyer will be contacting usSoon after, she started texting me threatening, disrespectful, and un-lady like messages calling me out of my name numerous timesShe text my manager early the next morning with a very disrespectful text calling us both out of our names and threatening her as wellWe did not respond to her and decided to allow our lawyers to take care of this situation or come to an agreement of a refund of $Mrs*** have been handling this situation as if it’s a personal matter by having her friends contact me, cursing and being very disrespectful and spreading falsified reviewsThis is a business matter and Mrs*** is slandering my business and my brandThis is why we have decided to go forward with a law suit for slanderI hate that this is ending this way because all I did was try to help Mrs***I do not believe that her hair was cut at my salon, by myself, my Assistant nor anyone else that works thereI don’t understand why Mrs*** is asking for money she knows was not paid to me and she still has the hair that she paid partially onMrs*** has called my mother, whom is the owner of the salon I have my salon inside of, to tell her to fire me or she was going to discredit her salon as well and has done soMrs*** has also tried to discredit *** because they are a company I offer my clients to order their hair fromMrs*** is in the business of trying to discredit good companies to get over on services and products, ScammingShe has done the same to other companies such as ***, etcPlease contact me if you have any questionsI do have all the texts, including the disrespectful one and the falsified posts that involves this issueThank you

I am rejecting this response because:
*** *** is a liarThe only thing that the *** Purchase had to do with her was nothing considering the bank and PayPal handled the dispute and clearly no money came into handI have every single conversation and the receipts from cash withdrawals to pay her 240$ for the hair I purchased the very next day even before a refund for hair that never made it on time under a company she recommendedIf this woman *** *** will lie to her own mother who called me and is on a recorded conversation than she will lie to anyoneI have evidence and witnesses to support my claimThey all can be submitted and some are already publicly postedShe agreed to pay and then decided not to and took advantage because she knew I was relocatingI payed her 200$ at the time of service and I even came back the next day after our verbal agreement to pay her 240$ for the hair she purchased to use since the hair she recommended didn't comeI even have text messages and witnesses about the hairThe total cost of the service was 440.00$ and I tipped her 20$ for making something happen in the midst of what the company failed to do that she recommendedI'm in complete shock that *** would go through the extremes of lyingHer mother even called me a few times to talk to me about what was going on considering her shop is in her mothers buildingI asked her mom about the manager that text and called me and was told that she was no business managerI was told by Ms*** to give her the hair and I would get a full refundI still have it and have no use for itIf she doesn't want to give me a refund as she stated, then I have no problem taking further actionMy hair was not braided in a circle, I had a frontal installed which I could part freelyI have supporting text where she actually owned up and took responsibility and claimed to resolve the issue but didn'tShe has caused me unnecessary time and stress and I will not accept her liesMy evidence supersedes her dishonestyThis isn't how successful business people operate
