The shipper (*** ***) sent an international airfreight shipment to a company in Argentina that didn't have their import license In addition, the customs paperwork was mislabeled with an incorrect declared value It is not the transportation companies responsibility to make sure the
receiver of any freight shipment is legally allowed to import a shipment This responsibility falls on the shipper/receiver prior to the shipment being picked up and delivery attempted Regardless of the error made by the shipper, Unishippers offered to arrange transportation back to Boston free of charge as the shipment is a donation to children Unishippers went above and beyond to resolve this issue and a letter by *** *** is attached agreeing to the terms of our shipping the books back to the United States free of charge. *** ** *** **September 23, 2016*** ***Unishippers | New Hampshire Franchise*** *** *** *** *** ** ***Dear ***,I am accepting your proposal of September 23.I understand that the shipment will be moved by *** *** to the Boston Airport only (door to airport service only).I understand that the shipment will require US customs clearance by our broker upon arrival at the BOS airport.*** *** has arranged a customs broker in the US called *** *** ***.I confirm that I understand that upon arrival in the US, the documents will be turned over by *** ***, to the named Customs Broker for customs clearance and Unishippers/*** *** will have no further responsibility for the shipment thereafter.*** *** of *** *** will provide in writing from the named Broker that they have a POA/bond and will handle the customs clearance.I confirm that *** *** will be responsible for the final delivery to the consignee (from the airport to the consignee)I have notified all agencies and media previously contacted that this matter is resolved favorably because of Unishippers offer I have e-mailed you acknowledgment from these agencies and will continue to do so No further action will be taken on my part to report unfair business practices*** ***

followedAll policies are explained at move/in to each & everyone signing a lease, and explained exactly the same each time.Multiple complaints were received concerning the ladies in #*** for the following the rules of picking up after their animalsWhen I went to address the issue, their were multiple piles of feces at the bottom of their stairsOn the balcony was a pile of dog diapers approximately 15-diapers deep not bagged(Said resident has to walk past "doggie station/bars & disposal bin each time they enter the courtyard.) At this time a lease violation was written upWhen trying to serve said violation no one answered the door after knocking loudly and announcing "Manager-times.) I then followed protocol and unlocked the door to leave the lease violation as per Blue Moon specifications. As for the allegation of property staff not ever entering their unit without prior notice, this is not policy nor is it Ever quoted in the manner Ms*** has statedLease are always explained the same to each & every resident moving in. Policy was explained several times to Ms*** & Blue Moon paragraph was sent via textAfter explaining once by text and twice in the office, Ms*** demanded another explanationAt this time I told her I had just explained it twice and the fact that she was so angry she wasn't hearing what I was sayingTherefore I asked her to leave the office as we weren't getting anywhereShe then left.The sister came into the office & all policies were explained a second time, with no difficultiesAt this time the sister agreed to pay the pet fees and we worked out a payment plan of months to pay said deposits. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. When I approached the office manager assistant recently to pay our pet violation, she was very nice and explained to me that there was no actual pet violation fee added to our account. The fee was from our initial deposit and laundry cards. I have since paid the fees.

Review: I do purchase shipping service through this company after I bought the service they bill me higher prices than the one shown at purchase timei contacted the company ask them for my balance in January 19 and they give me a final balance to pay .. today I surprised that they sending me a new invoice about an old balance from novmberDesired Settlement: 699
