Review: WE SENT DOOR TO DOOR BOXES (2) TO THE PHILIPPINES LAST OCTOBER 2013 AND PROMISED US TO REACHED THEIR DESTINATION IN 1 MONTH BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT DIDN'T REACHED UNTIL NOW. WE SPENT APPROX LESS THAN $1,000 FOR THOSE GOODS CONTAINING CHRISTMAS GIFTS TO OUR LOVE ONES. THEY KEPT ON PROMISING US THAT WE'LL JUST WAIT BUT A LOT OF THOSE GOODS WERE PERISHABLE. WE KEPT ON CALLING THEM, LEAVING MESSAGES BUT THEY NEVER RETURN OUR CALL. WE WOULD LIKE THEM TO PAY US FOR THE SHIPMENT AND PRICES FOR THOSE GOODS.HOPING YOU COULD HELP US WITH THIS SITUATION.Desired Settlement: JUST TO GIVE US BACK WHAT WE SPENT ON THOSE GOODS AND SHIPMENT PAYMENT.

Review: I called unistar cagro freight services. Nov.1 2013 , I spoke the owner name [redacted], she give all the information about sending cargo, which all iknew was the other cargo name and she answered it right away and said yes. She indicate that if I am going to send that day my three boxes she give me an assurance that this packages will be in manila in a month. I even told her that im leaving to manila on dec.9 2013 so I asked [redacted] do you think the packages will be there on that day since its gona be more than a month, and she positively say yes. but unfortunately today is feb.24 2014, and until now my relatives havent recieve any boxes that I sent last nov.1 2013. We even look and find their warehouse in the philippines and we cannot locate it. People said that they move to another place. I spend too much here and cause me a lot of hassle and stress. As soon as I cam back here in san diego I went to her place in black mountain and waited. I spoke to [redacted] in person with my husband and she said and apologized for the delay because theres something happened in the custom in L.A which is as far as we know federal custom can hold cargos for only two weeks maximum, but until now all three boxes are still not there in my family. Its been more than three months, I kept on calling her email her even left a message but she is not replying or complying on my calls or emails. She said When I spoke to her in person tell your family in the philippines that it will be arrived in two days and that was feb.07 2014,when we went to her place. Its been more than 3 months now. I didnt pick to anywhere the money that /i spent for thoses boxes supposedly that is my family's christmas gift but unfortunately I dont know about this uni star cargo freight. I hope that You can give an action about this Because I am pretty sure that I am not the only one victim here. PLease help and looking forward for an answer regarding this matter.

Review: I sent balikbayan boxes last October 24, 2013 to my sister and my family in the Philippines to make them happy on Christmas day but unfortunately they didn't received it until January but there is one missing box. Iam always calling them and they keep saying that it will be delivered but until now my family didn't received it yet and I keep calling them but shes not answering my phone calla and text message.I'm saying it involve a health issue because my sister who is sick always thinking of that box, got hospitalized due to her hypertension and had a stroke.Thank you so much.Desired Settlement: Refund or pay what is needed for them to give on their terms and conditions in case of any loss or damage.
