I have an electric cook stove that the glass top is broke. The serviceman said it was cosmetic. He told [redacted] that he repaired a wire in it. All he did was turn 2 burners on. He didn't take the stove apart to repair anything. If he told [redacted] that he repaired a wire, he lied!!!
Our warranty company, [redacted] sent Unitech Appliance Service to repair our GE dishwasher. The technician spent maybe 5 minutes with us and was able to get our dishwasher to work and quickly left. We used the appliance one time and experienced the same problem, so I called them to request that he come out and permanently solve our problem but the technician was rude and refused to backup the poor work he had done. We totally wasted our copayment plus the technician was rude and hung up on me. This company is not professional and certainly doesn't stand by their work at all. Too easy to get a quality job done than to expect it from this company.
