This company came fast, got me a new AC and into the cool quicklyThis is where the good stoppedThe install was done poorly, inexperienced installers lead to a sub par installationThe ducts where not attracted correctly, the electrical lines are a fire hazardThe AC trips the breaker constantly, even after going up to a amp amps over the OEM recommendedThis is a electrical short, call the company to come out and they shine a flash light and say looks fine and leave, no equipment, no tools, no investigationAsked the manager at f he saw anything wrong with the install, he said no it's perfectRecommended a $duct cleaningflex ducts installed are not properly connected to the supply, holes all over the system, the return is no fully connected to the supply, Unfortunately we paid for aservic contract that covers filter replacement, and that's it$for filters, the installer at the time told us it covered coil cleaning and refrigeration charging, filters and all basic maintenance recommended by the manufacturer, he stated without it they couldn't warranty it, That was a lieHe was a much better sales person then a ac guy...seriously unhappy.A separate comapny came to give me a quote and laughed at the work, asked me if a friend of the family did it, couldn't believe a actual company installed the unitIn addition no permit was pulled so the installed it illegally, and me the homeowner is now liable for permitting the unitJust another sub par hvac company, they have my money so I will never see it fixed
