Your representative called me. I had to Google the number to find out who it was as he also didn't identify himself. I will need a statement from your company with an account number as well as the itemized statement from the original creditor. I will also need your company to stop referring to debts discharged in bankruptcy as that is a violation of the fair debt collection practices act.

I received the itemized statement from the hospital and an invoice from United adjustment service today. The payment for the total balance has been scheduled.

The hospital sent you the Itemized Statements on Oct 13, 2015 to your address. We sent out two letters on 9-25-15 and I sent out another list on 10-26-15. I double checked with the hospital and they verified your address that they sent these to. You should have received these by now. I'm trying to help but there isn't much more I can do.
