Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:On Nov 5th, UAC removed the oversized furnace from my home then pulled the smaller replacement furnace model 58STAfrom their truck I immediately informed UAC the furnace they brought was not the correct model UAC NEVER COMMUNICATED TO ME WHAT MODEL FURNACE THEY WOULD BRING AS A REPLACEMENT UAC refused to obtain the correct model furnace and insisted I choose between the original oversized furnace 58STAand incorrect smaller model, 58STASince my furnace was removed, I was given no choice, I was forced to have the incorrect model installedI still do not have a properly working furnace Sincerely, Wally ***

Once again, my experience with this business was top notch The owner, Mike actually came out to make sure I was completely satisfied The workers are extremely professional and knowledgeable I can't say enough positive things about my whole experience I would definitely recommend this company to not only my friends but I would absolutely trust them with my family Great job once again and thank you

I wanted to share our experience with United Air ControlFor the past three years, United Air Control has serviced our Fitness Facility in all the aspects of HVAC as well as multitude of other services such us maintenance and replacement of Boilers, Hot Water Tanks, Electronic Controllers, Steam and Sauna equipment, just to name a fewDuring this time United Air Control has shown the highest level of professionalism and expertize as well as having very reasonable prices and extremely reliable service
We can't thank them enough for all the times they have come to our rescue

Purchased a [redacted] for duct cleaning for $45.00. Was well aware that this was going to be a bait and switch but needed my vents cleaned and knew going rate for service. Person came and of course told me that the last person who cleaned my vents did such a horrible job that he could not perform the $45.00 service and that it would cost $250. I accepted this price only because I didn't feel like arguing and I needed the vents cleaned. Problem came in when he refused to count the $45.00 that I paid for the [redacted] against the $250. I have contacted [redacted] to get a refund. We will see what happens. Low life scam artist.

We got air duct cleaning service done with installation of the new furnace and air conditioner. Guys are amazing and do real work. Thank you

United Air Control and team has made a great commitment mto serving my family and I during the hottest days and coldest day . the business owner is a hard working dedicated technician who loyalty and honesty is reason I will always refer others and use united as my service provider , I am happy to say that I am pleased and happy to be serviced by a company that puts their customer first and I feel great about the overall service

 UAC NEVER COMMUNICATED TO ME WHAT MODEL FURNACE THEY WOULD BRING AS A REPLACEMENT.   UAC refused to obtain the correct model furnace and insisted I choose between the original oversized furnace 58STA070108 and incorrect smaller model, 58STA045112. Since my furnace was removed, I was given no choice, I was forced to have the incorrect model installed. I still do not have a properly working furnace.

was not the correct model.  UAC NEVER COMMUNICATED TO ME WHAT MODEL FURNACE THEY WOULD BRING AS A REPLACEMENT.   UAC refused to obtain the correct model furnace and insisted I choose between the original oversized furnace 58STA070108 and incorrect smaller model, 58STA045112.
