cleaning services to his dryer vent ductOur company performs theses services within strict accordance with the code set forth by NADCA*** *** was informed that he unfortunately would have to hire a contractor as we do not cut into the sheet rock as we are not contractors, and strictly perform cleaning services.When our office followed up with *** *** to inquire if the access panel had been installed, he informed our office that he would not be having them installedHe stated that he previously had this service done approximately ten years ago and the company he used at that time did not need to install the access panel for their procedure of cleaning dryer vent ducts *** *** requested that he be reimbursed for the services as they were incomplete. A refund was issued to *** *** for the service that was renderedA check was mailed to him in the amount of $ check # ***.
