[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the policy initially starts with United America Financial The primary reason for the delay in the processing of my policy was due to negligence on United America Financial behalf I spoke with a representative from [redacted] (underwriter) who informed me of the first payment was not received until August 25, As mentioned in my complaint, I sign up for this coverage January and [redacted] did not received the application until July 10, with an effective date of September 12, Monies for this coverage was deducted by United America Financial starting July This policy has a day elimination period which means that the policy should have been effective July 24, This is unacceptable Regards, [redacted]
