Tell us why hereThe service we provided was not mediocreThe job took less time than estimated therefore saving the customer money, there was no reported damage, and the movers were tipped generously When she called the office stating her dissatisfaction with aspects of the move, I was puzzled in light of the fact of what I stated aboveWhen she said she was going to submit a bad review, I responded that she had the right to do so, but if I felt it contained information, our legal department would become involved if needed If it was a bad review merely reflecting her opinion, I told her I also had the right to reply and that it would contain our version of the story which we feel is necessary to protect our reputation I never meant or said that I would share private information such as address, phone number, credit card information or email address

According to our records, the job was completed at 3:p.mand we round it up to the closest 1/hour which made it 3:p.mBecause he had more items than originally reported, we gave the customer one extra mover for free, as a courtesyWe are willing to return one-half hour fee which comes to $

Tell us why here...It seems as though our response to the customer's complaint did not satisfy their concerns. We believe the customer is expressing paranoia regarding what we will do with their private information that we possess. We consider any information that we receive from any customer as confidential, what we mean is that we do not ever share phone numbers, emails, credit card numbers, etc. As a business owner, we consider this unconscionable. That is not how we do or have ever done business. We attribute our success to following our principles in regard to our integrity. As far as anyone knowing the customer's address, that information is easily accessible in many ways - one of which is not our giving that out

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The business has refused my request to confirm that they remove/redact my personal information from their company files. This is a request based on the owner's threat to release private information (he did not specify what private/sensitive information, so I'm requesting to protect the items I can think to protect) if I posted a negative report. Therefore there is nothing I can do but reject the response. There is no action that the business has agreed to take that makes me confident the private/sensitive information I supplied to them is safe in their hands. Should the business agree to redact/remove my personal information according to the terms I had specified, I would feel comfortable accepting the response, but to date, they have not done so. Regards,
