Hello and thank you for sharing your concerns, We were hired more than a month and a half ago maybe two there was a delay on the permitting ( not part of my scope) it was a permit issue At the time of hire I thought we were ready to work but unfortunately we had to wait for the county to approve my clients plans ( which by the way my client was disturbed by how Long the permitting process took) Now that the plans have been approved I am expected to jump as quickly as possible I don't mind doing that but unfortunately I have other clients that had these present dates scheduled with me all I ask is that they be patient with me I at no time am planning to leave the project as I have made it clear to Mr MartinWe are presently working at the project and there is an understanding that we will work to finish the project as quickly and efficiently as possible

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

I would like to state that we are more than willing to correct the issue. Unfortunately the July 1 date that we made was a rainy day. Summer is our busiest season and we are now starting to wind back down is a October 1  date is OK with you we would like to do it then

Hi I am responding with my deepest apologies , everything my client said  has stated is correct unfortunately at the time that he had been contacting me I was busy and shorthanded .  Of course this didn't give me an excuse not to reply to my client but sadly this is the way the turn...

of events has gone.  As a company that holds a good reputation for doing good work and backing our warrantees .  We will gladly fix the repairs needed  to honor our warranty .  Looking at our schedule  July 1 would be the quickest time to repair .  If this is OK with my client I will gladly do so on that date. Again thank you for your time from the Superior Stripe Company.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, temporarily.  PLEASE KEEP THIS CASE OPEN until I receive complete repair job by the business, as it did not come to make the repair in July, as promised, and did not respond to my calls or emails inquiries, afterward. I have no intention to make it harder for the business owner, but really wanted by parking lot repaired, according to the warranty provided by the business.  Thank you.

To address Mr. [redacted]'s statements starting with the down payment. As per our contract which I have sent you it stated that we were to receive $5500 which is 50% of the $11,000 agreement for the entire job. We received a check for $3500 and were promised that as soon as we showed up on the job we...

will get the remaining balance of the deposit, which never happened. Second to address his statement that it was only me and one older guy with a broom. I have sent you pictures . I had three gentleman working with me and my List of equipment included, paving machine, BOBCAT, compaction Roller, and my small dump truck. All this can be verified through pictures and video at the site. We even added extra work to our contract that was not going to be paid we did it because Asphalt was severely damaged and wanted to do a good job. To sum this up I only want to be treated fair and by him making a false complaint in my mind is wrong. He is requesting a full refund of which I think is unreasonable. I am a small business and I am trying to take care of my rating with the Revdex.com please reconsider posting his untrue complaint as it will damage my business and our ratings. Here are the images showing my commute the days of work that I was there . That is almost 4 hours of non-paid commute. My guys work on an hourly basis and I am responsible for their checks, my fuel cost ect. not to mention my profit of which I did not get. And I forgot one other thing to address his statement that I did not put the black paint under the asphalt  which by the way the technical term is tack oil is clearly shown in the image below.

I am filing a complaint regarding previous complaint (ID#: [redacted]) against this business for not honoring its warranty and/or standing by its words.
