Well, I met the owner, Paul K*** around January of 2014, while shopping around for an auto body shop to do some repairs to my JaguarI needed to have my bumper reattached and front grill replaced after it had been pulled off on one sideThe repairs were done or so I thoughtAs I was washing my car, I begin to notice that there were white specs all over my bumperI called him and no return callI emailed him and he emailed me back to call him before coming to the shopI called and again, no return callI decided to go by the shop, only to find that the shop was no longer there(on Jefferson Davis Hwy, Woodbridge, Va.) After doing some searching, I found a shop with the same name called the numberI got the same voicemail message, but again, no return callI emailed him to let him know that I was coming to the shop a day before arrivingHe did not respond, nor was he there when I arrivedAn employee looked at my bumper and told me that the marks were pebble chips....what?!?!? I have had my car for over three years and before United replaced it, there were NEVER pebble stone marks on my bumperI waited for an hour, and during the time that I was waiting, one of his employees asked me to answer the phone if it rung, while they were in the back working or whateverFinally, after waiting for an hour I had to leave for work, leaving a message for him to call meStill.....NothingAfter having another body shop look at it, I have been told that the chips should not happen, especially on a paint job that is less than a year oldI was told that, the replacement bumper is indeed white, possibly from a savage vehicle(which is fine)BUT! it was not primed before it was painted, the clear coats were properly applied on the finished product, which is why the paint is chipping away, and I am now seeing the white paint on my black carREALLY? and in the mean time, still no return call from UnitedI guess I am out of pocket, if I want it done properly

My experience with United Auto Body Inc in Woodbridge was excellent. The service was superior. From the t[redacted] I arrived the first t[redacted] until I picked up my car, I was treated in a very friendly, professional manner by all of the employees, especially the owner Paul K[redacted] They acted like they wanted my business and it was an honor to serve me. The work was done quickly, in one day, and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. The price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs auto body, car paint work and anything related to it.
