UAX were great to work with. I contacted Jeff and told him what I was looking for, within a week he was at auction and sending me prospects and we decided on one on the spot and a couple of days later I was able to pick the car up at their store in Addison. The car drives like a dream and is in mint condition, working with UAX was a great experience all the way around.....couldn't be happier.

I have been looking at cars for over 3 months, I was referred to United Auto Exchange from a good friend of mine. I Called Jeff "Owner" on Friday evening at 6pm, He had me looking at car online that evening, I found a few but were a bit over my budget. I talked to Jeff the next day Saturday morning and told him what I wanted and were I needed to be. Jeff Called me Monday morning and had the perfect Car with all options we wanted and under my budget. My daughter birthday was on Wednesday "At this point I thought there would be no way I would be able to have the car in my driveway when she got home from school on here birthday" Well let me tell you Jeff came thru. She got off school bus at 3:15 pm and the car was waiting for her in my driveway with a Red Bow. Not sure how he did it but He did!!! Jeff thank you for helping making her 16th Birthday and a day my family will never forget!!!

I bought a *** that was being advertised by this firm off *** , when I called to speak to a salesman about the condition of the car he tole me that it was in showroom condition , Looks like new - Smells like new - Drives like new ; Showroom condition all the way around ; I was looking for a Mercury Marquis for my Dad who is suffering from Arthritis because he wanted something smoother to ride in to make his doctors appointments ; It was a 2008 Model and I paid 8000.00 for the car and this is very high for this model with a shade over 50K miles ; I paid this because I wanted to do something nice for my dad who may not be with me much longer as he is very ill all the time ; The salesman Chase assured me it was like new ; Ok , I waited in anticipation for the arrival to surprise my Father only to be totally shocked ; There were cigarette burns on all floor mats and on the vehicle carpets ; It still smells like an ashtray till this day ; The engine compartment was excessively rusted and when I popped the trunk I was shocked to find that the truck had straw like hay all over the inside ; It took me a good hour to vacuum it out and still did not get it all ; Some of the electrical components does not work properly , the passenger side mirror control will not adjust properly . the cruise control does not work properly ; The chrome strip on the passengers side had to be reglued as it was loose and would have in a short period of time fallen off on the highway ; The car runs ok so far but I am disgusted because an 08 model should be in like new condition for 8 grand , My Dad is ok with the car but I can tell he is somewhat aggravated because I was charged entirely too much for the car ; I contacted Chase about the car via email and while we were in the transaction process he treated me super nice and as soon as the deal closed he acts like he does not even want to talk with me ; If I had walked on the lot and seen this car in person I would have never ever bought it ; It was totally misrepresented all the way around ; Due to condition and the awful smell of the interior all the rust etc , this is a 6000.00 car at the very top and probably less ; It is an OK car but it is in no wise showroom quality nor even close ; Buyers beware of this business and please be advised if you buy from here , Please for your own safety go to location and see it in person ; I have to mark this as one of the most horrible experiences in car buying I have ever had ; Did not even want to leave 1 star for the rating but could not post review without a star ;

Mr. Harmon Pruitt did purchase a vehicle from United Auto Exchange. The vehicle of purchase was a 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis (2MEFM74VX7X629031). During the Ebay transaction, Mr. Pruitt was provided with all pictures of inside and outside of the vehicle as well as any other prospective customer interested in the vehicle. Since Mr. Pruitt was making a state to state purchase, we agreed to ship the vehicle. The shipping company also requires signatures upon delivery as well as a sign-off for inspection purposes. United Auto Exchange is here to help at anytime. Mr. Pruitt can contact us at anytime to try to help his situation, but this is the 1st time United Auto Exchange has heard of any problems in 3 months.

I cannot speak highly enough about Mr. Ray. He listened to our needs and was very focused on answering our questions. He was very thorough during our showing, pointing out things we may have not have noticed and commenting on the quality of the Car. He was absolutely amazing to work with and provided unbiased advice. There was never any pressure to buy and we took our own time coming to a final buy decision. His professionalism, honesty and hard work ethic, along with his great advice and the ability to find us a Car at the right price, were much respected and appreciated. We are so fortunate to have found such a knowledgeable Car broker to find our dream Car. Ray is truly one of the best in the business and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a premier Car Buying Service.

The United Auto Exchange did not properly fix the Lock/Unlock System and Rear Struts, which was stated on the WE OWE contract, for my vehicle. They are no longer willing to talk with me about fixing these issues. I have been told twice they will "get back to me" the same day with no callback. There are also further issues just after driving the vehicle home that I brought to their attention that they are being non responsive about.

As of today, we have completed what was owed on the WE OWE. We decided out of goodwill to also fix the 2 front struts which are now on back-order for you. We hope this is to your satisfaction and hope you can enjoy your 2008 STS.

I have to say, I'm shocked reading these reviews because I had such an awesome experience. I was in the market for a used car that was not only going to fit my budget but would also be practical and dependable and my salesman, RJ was a huge help in helping me find just that. I am well aware that when purchasing a used car, you are buying someone else's problem so RJ made sure to give me the Car fax report on the vehicle as well as answering every single question no matter how big or small. I expressed that I wanted my mechanic to look over this vehicle to make sure the car was all good and they were completely accommodating. There were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed but to be expected when purchasing used. We adjusted the price a little to reflect those issues and I purchased my vehicle without problems and could not be happier. RJ could not have been more helpful with the whole process. I would definitely recommend UAX. I had an awesome experience.

We bought a car here. Had multiple issues within a week of owning. Spent countless hours trying to figure our what was wrong and tasking time off work to take it into the dealership. Still, nothing. Throwing $ at the problem to hopefully fix it. Finally breaks down on my child 2 states away. The people at the new dealership figured out it had been in a previous, old accident. The front was all torn up. Just a new shell put on a broken car. We sure feel like we were taken advantage of.

I bought a *** 3 weeks ago, Found out one rear tire was smaller then the other, front license plate holder was missing. I took it to my detailer he said car had been wrecked, possibly front and back. I had to get two new tires for back, a new battery and have the whole car wet sanded polished. The *** said it was never in an accident and it was. Its missing the exhaust hangers as well. I have spent $1400 at *** and have to go back for $337 more fixes. The paint repair is $1000. I have texted the salesman twice and no response even though he read message. I would never use this place, they don't care about the customer only the sales.
