on september 20, I was involved in an accident at western and hirschi guy hit me from behind causing me to go into another cari did pay the insurance the same day, I called the *** police but because the cars was driveable the dispatcher informed me to go to the nearest police station, as I did and got all the info I needed I went home and I as I tried to call the (800) number its not 24/you actually have to wait till the next business day to get any informationthe reason why I called was because I was hit and my car went into to somebody else I thought that I was suppose to callso I called monday morning and spoke to one girl (who would give her name) and explained what happened, she said the *** would take care of everythingon wednesday I get a call from Jennifer and she said that need to drop me as a carrier because I did not have an "ON SCENE POLICE REPORT" I explained that *** police does not come out if the accident is minor, she informed me to call the supervisor and explaini called the same day and asked to speak with a supervisor the person on the other end (who also would give his name) was giving a hard time and when I finally got through and left a messagethe next day Jennifer called me back and said that they couldn't get a hold of my witnesses (which they never called)she gave me back my money and said that next time I should beg and plead for a report next timeas a result I had to go to farmers and pay a penalty for not having insurance due to UAI negligencei do not recommend this place to nobody
