$500.00 deductible on her comprehensive and collision coverage; the damages were estimated at $498.98. This is under her $500 deductible. I am rejecting this response because: the auto repair company that my car was sent to has refused to repair my trunk that was damaged during the break in of my car. The 498 only is covering what has been noted as not normal wear and tear. There was nothing wrong with my trunk prior to the break in. Also how can the repair shop know all that was damaged on the car when it was not start able. After the attempt to steal the car failed there was parts removed from the Car. The repair shop told me that they were told to put a new ignition switch in and replace the door control panel. Not to repair the damaged door that was pried open with a crow bAr or something. That does not honor the full coverage agreement that I have. Full coverage should cover all damage that was done to my vechicle. Not what convently fall under the deductible. They also refused to repair my slag mom the car, claiming that it was put on the car after purchase. When I bought the car ghe alarm was on it already. I just want my car repaired according to my agreement with United auto. Who united Uto subcontracts with has nothing to do with me I purchased insurance from United auto insurance not direct whoever. I feel scammed and cheated.
