Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the auto repair company that my car was sent to has refused to repair my trunk that was damaged during the break in of my carThe only is covering what has been noted as not wear and tearThere was nothing wrong with my trunk prior to the break inAlso how can the repair shop know all that was damaged on the car when it was not start ableAfter the attempt to steal the car failed there was parts removed from the CarThe repair shop told me that they were told to put a new ignition switch in and replace the door control panelNot to repair the damaged door that was pried open with a crow bAr or somethingThat does not honor the full coverage agreement that I haveFull coverage should cover all damage that was done to my vechicleNot what convently fall under the deductibleThey also refused to repair my slag mom the car, claiming that it was put on the car after purchaseWhen I bought the car ghe alarm was on it alreadyI just want my car repaired according to my agreement with United autoWho united Uto subcontracts with has nothing to do with me I purchased insurance from United auto insurance not direct whoeverI feel scammed and cheated Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Ms. [redacted] is currently insured with [redacted] Insurance. Upon receipt of your letter, our office contacted [redacted] Insurance to find out the status of Ms. [redacted] claim. [redacted] Insurance advised us they were not refusing to pay Ms. [redacted] claim, as per her complaint. Ms. [redacted] has a... $500.00 deductible on her comprehensive and collision coverage; the damages were estimated at $498.98. This is under her $500 deductible. Per [redacted] all Ms. [redacted] needs to do is make an appointment for repairs and if any loss related damages were missed they would be covered.If any further questions regarding this claim please direct them to [redacted] Insurance .
