TO Revdex.com our responce still the same ,

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have been dealing with this man since October and have not put into full detail of what and how he has conducted his business regarding the vehicles I purchasedI have been patient with him in dealing with accidents prior to the letter, the Pontiac Ghad a recall with the steering wheel and caused an accident with my daughter driving with her baby in the vehicleThe transaction thereafter was trading in the vehicle to the Chrysler which was another recall and yes, he did offer to have it warranted, but it kept having problemsI told him I no longer wish to make payments and trade it in to another vehicle that is worth what I paid already to him, which was about $5,I finally wrote a letter to him in August to resolve this matter to no availSo instead of getting a civil suit or a complaint to Consumer agency, I waited for his response and decided to contact Revdex.comI am not willing to waste my money on something that we could have resolved without getting Revdex.com involved and a Consumer Complaint

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The information the business gave was false. Attached is proof he authorized the work to be done and billed the warranty company for said work. Also attached is a picture of the computer at midas showing the part he replaced has failed. Also attached is proof from [redacted] he did not replace the rack and pinion. I have all needed documentation to back up my claim and prove he has not been truthful in regards to this claim.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Never have I ever said I wanted my repairs done at that momentThey have had my vehicle for weeks at a time on different occasionsThey claim to have fixed the radiatoer and they did notWhen I took my Jeep to a different garage the macanic informed us that the radiator was never installed properly resulting in more damage of the vehicalMy husband also contacted the warranty company to see when they asked for permission to look at the transmission and the warranty company sent us a letter stating that no such claim was filed. Things only came to me stating to take legal action after we tried for over a month to have them correct the mistakes made on our Jeep because no other garage would be able to fix them under our warranty due to the damage done by United Auto SalesAlso if you look t the document I provided from *** *** *** they was a lot of problems with the vehicle including the check engine light was disabled and United Auto has been the only place we have taken the Jeep to for repairsThey also were supposed to fix the airbag light that was on in the jeep and they never didThey just reset it to buy them some timeI regret ever doing business with this man and am sad that we have paid so much money for a vehicle that had so many problemsMy husband is a military service member and fights for the honesty in this country and we are thanked by poor service and no honestyIts sad to say that this isn't the first time someone has had problems with this business and I have informed our fellow military members to stay clear of this place.Sincerely,*** ***

We have terminated the mechanic because of the incident that happened hereThe mechanic had put $4,of parts and labor into this vehicle without United Auto Sales' permission that was not covered by the warrantyThis vehicle was in our shop for more than weeks due to these unauthorized
repairsThe customer was given rides to and from his place by this mechanic while his vehicle was being repairedAgain, without authorization from United Auto SalesTherefore, it is safe to say that business was exchanged between the mechanic and the customer instead of United Auto SalesWe refused to repair the customer's vehicle and recommended him to take it to Big O's AutomotiveBig O's Automotive also refused to repair the vehicleThis is when our ex-mechanic agreed to repair the vehicle without authorization from United Auto Sales

When *** *** purchased this vehicle, he complained about certain things wrong about his truckNot only did the business come out of pocket $There was also a side deal made with the mechanic working on his truck for free work that was undocumented without letting owner knowWe have documented proof that the business came out of pocket $that *** *** didn't pay free of chargeWith *** signing the receiptOnce again, *** *** is looking for free work from our businessWe stand firm at our position

Sorry for the late response I was diagnosed with a tumor was fighting for my life I have since returned to work . The Mechanic has looked at the jeep and fixed each time she brings the jeep she demands the repairs to be done at that moment
without an appointment . She complained of coolant leak and transmission leak. and transmission jerking while driving trouble starting jeep as of 7-12-when the jeep was brought into the shop we fixed the radiator and We asked the warranty company to let us open the transmission but did not receive approval to do such work at this point the custis responsible for the cost until the warranty company approves the work to be done.. the warranty is not only serviced by United Auto Sales L.L.C. the cust is able to take the car to any shop which she was instructed to do and we were met with aggressive talk and actions as we were told the cust was going to take legal action against United Auto Sales L.L.C. We only received authorization for which covered the parts and labor for the radiator only

Yes they did these repairs which they just addmitted and the parts repaired have failed. Its not a question of if I payed for the repairs or not it is about them providing me with a 12 months parts and labor warranty on said repairs. Which the parts have failed because they put used parts on my truck. Why would they state that the repair has a 12 month or 12000 mile warranty if they are not going to fix it when it failed.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I have been dealing with this man since October 2015 and have not put into full detail of what and how he has conducted his business regarding the vehicles I purchased. I have been patient with him in dealing with accidents prior to the letter, the Pontiac G6 had a recall with the steering wheel and caused an accident with my daughter driving with her baby in the vehicle. The transaction thereafter was trading in the vehicle to the Chrysler 300 which was another recall and yes, he did offer to have it warranted, but it kept having problems. I told him I no longer wish to make payments and trade it in to another vehicle that is worth what I paid already to him, which was about $5,000. I finally wrote a letter to him in August 2016 to resolve this matter to no avail. So instead of getting a civil suit or a complaint to Consumer agency, I waited for his response and decided to contact Revdex.com. I am not willing to waste my money on something that we could have resolved without getting Revdex.com involved and a Consumer Complaint.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: There is a leak with the oil pan I took the vehicle to a mechanic shop before buying it for a prebuyers inspection. After I brought it back to the dealer explaining to him I'm not interested in purchasing it because of the issue and giving him the quote from the mechanic shop he insisted to put it on the rack in his shop to show him the leak. His mechanic at the time that he fired did so and I showed him where it was we all agreed that there was a leak being we put it in the purchasing agreement. Now because of it there is a catastrophic failure of the engine. What he did was a breach of contract and want a total refund, because now I have a vehicle i'm making payments on that I cant drive because the engine is inoperable. I have pictures of the leak from the prebuyers inspection and after they said they did the work showing the leak is still there.   Sincerely,[redacted]
