We United Auto Sales and Service LLC, wrote this in regarding of the complaint written by Ms.*** ***'s SonFirst of all her son has no buisness or any type of agreement withour company*** *** first bought a VW JETTA GL from us on 11-11-2014, with buy here pay
here and an agreement of was signedAfter a while she had a problem with the car's altenator and we went to her house and picked up the car and brought the car back to our shop, located on our lot, and didn't charge the tow fee aswellWe ordered a new altenator and replaced it with the old oneThe price that as given her for the altenator and labor was as low and affordable as possible, and she was pretty happy about the price that was charged to herShe was really satisfied and told us she was interested in buying another car on the lotTherefor, on March 10th, 2015, she said she wanted to make a deposit of $500.00, for a Mazda and wanted us to hold the car for her and not sell it until March 20th, 2015, where she was supposed to bring an additional $for a total down payment of $
Later on, she informed us that she would not be able to pay th full $and wanted to pay just $So we had a total of $So he has not paid the full amount of $1500.00, which we agreed and signed onAfter a while, she was not showing up, nor picking up her phone, until May 8th when she finally showed upShe broke the agreement that she had with us, which was to pay a total of $by March 20th, however we decided to forgive her, because we didn't know what situation she was in or what she was going throughSo after a month of being late, and keeping us from selling the car to numerous customers, she finally showed upAnd we sold her the Mazda on May 8th After a while she called us and told us there was a problem with the throttleWe told her to come to the lot and we will fix it for her, keep in mind that all the cars are sold and she signed the agreement
Anyhow, she brought the car, and we put another throttle body on her car, and the car was tested by her and her SON and they both agreed the throttle response was way more betterthen after a few weeks, she called us regarding the Mazda 6, and said the AC was not workingWe told her that we don't know how to fix AC problems and told her to take it to an AC Shop and find out what the problem isAfter little while, her son comes in our office with the phone in hand, and demands the car to be fixed or he's not leavingWe told him that we don't know him and have no buisness or agreement with himWe told him that we have buisness with your mother ( *** *** ), and if she has a problem with us, we need to hear it from her and not you. After telling the son to leave numerous times, because he kept us hour after buisness hoursSo we had to call the policeThe police made him leave and informed him that he's no more allowed in this dealershipMs.*** then came and we informed her about the situation with her son, and she was shocked and unaware of this action made by her sonWe told her if the car has any AC problems take it to the AC shop, find out the problem, and we will help you fix it after she diagnosed the car
She took the car to the AC shop, and after many diagnostics they couldn't find any problems with the ACAnd she then informed us that the AC was working at that timeThe AC shop diagnosed the car for another week or so and coould not find anything wrong with itIf the AC shop can't find anything wrong with the AC, what can we do?

To Ms.*** ***We would like to start of by speaking of the statement made my Ms.***/***, quoting " The issue is more concerning of the Customer Service and air Condition issue in the Mazda Not the Volkswagen Jetta" Our response included more answers concerning the Mazda 6, than it did on the Volkswagen JettaHave Ms.*** or ***, not gone over our response briefly? Anyhow, we would like to keep this response short, concerning the Mazda and the AC problem it hasMs.*** was talked with about the Mazda 6's AC problem, and been promised a long time ago by *** ***, that if she gets the car diagnosed and fixed, and she provides *** *** with the receipt, including all the stuff done to make the AC better, that *** *** will take care of it and Pay for the costs on her behalf*'s promise still stands and it will, for he is a man of his words and will gladly like to take care of this issue, and to help end this dispute.United Auto Sales and Service

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[*** *** of United Auto Sales & Service did not promise to pay for the cost of the A/C repair, if this was the case, the complaint would not have been brought to the Revdex.comI would like to also ask that smart condescending remarks like "Have Ms.*** or ***, not gone over our response briefly?" in the responses be put to a stop, we do not find them respectful
In regards to the statements made in the last response from United Auto Sales & Service, We would like to accept the statement, but ONLY on the condition that a formal letter be sent to *** *** in writing & signed by *** *** of United Auto Sales & Service promising to pay for the FULL cost of the air conditioner diagnosis & repair in the Mazda 6, once *** *** receives the requested, signed, document of *** *** of United Sales & Service guaranteeing to pay for the full cost of the Air conditioner diagnosis & repair in the Mazda 6, we *** *** & *** are willing to close this complaint and put the entire issue behind usJust as you stated here "if she gets the car diagnosed and fixed, and she provides *** *** with the receipt, including all the stuff done to make the AC better, that *** *** will take care of it and Pay for the costs on her behalf." This was not a promise that was originally made by *** *** of United Auto Sales & Service***'s reactions to *** upon his visit on concerns with the Air Conditioner issue did not set the peace of mind that *** would stand behind the products he sellsWe respectfully ask that the quoted statement about ***'s promise be sent to *** *** signed by *** the business owner of United Auto Sales & Service himselfHe, [*** ***] should have the mailing address to *** *** on file or he can upload it as an attachment along with a response here and we will receive itWe would like to wait to receive this promise in writing & signed.]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I would like to first start off by first explaining that the response is not satisfying from the dealership; United Auto Sales & Service and dealership/business owner *** ***.
1.) The issue is more concerning of, the customer service and air conditioner issue in the Mazda Not the Volkswagen JettaStatements made about the Volkswagen Jetta from United Auto Sales & Service were not accurate, and there is an extra witness who has been with us during the ordeal, that can prove *** *** of United Auto Sales & Service is making incorrect statements.
2.) In the statement made by *** *** of United Auto Sales & Service, He speaks to the payment arrangements made for the Mazda This has nothing to do with the Air Conditioner issue in the Mazda 6, which is the current reason why the RevDex.com has been contacted by, *** *** & *** ***-***The vehicle in question was still purchased from United Auto Sales & Service, in good faith.
3.) *** ***-***, Has not communicated, any detailed information in regards to the Mazda Air Conditioner repair to *** *** of United Auto Sales & Service besides, that the issue is still being diagnosed, the lack in communication is not just due to the current friction we have with *** *** but also because of a recent medical emergency in the family.
Speaking more to the Rejection Business Response for United Auto Sales & Service, nothing in the response has given comfort, or peace of mind in knowing that the issue with the Mazda Air Conditioner will be addressed by *** *** and/or United Auto Sales & Service.
The Air Conditioner still does not work, the neutral party mechanic looking in to the issue, has mentioned probable causes for the Air Conditioning system not working, and has been continuing thorough diagnosis of the problemAs far as diagnosing is concerned, the issue is looking to be with the compressor of the Air Conditioning System in the Mazda but more diagnosis is needed.
Since the Revdex.com complaint was made, the only contact received by *** *** of United Auto Sales & Service was his requesting to retract the complaint made to the RevDex.com, the threatening of suing, and to explain that his lawyer said to not respond to this complaint.
*** *** of United Auto Sales & Service has not reached out to help resolve the Air conditioning issue with the Mazda He has had employees of his business take to the social media site, Google Plus to downplay the review made on his business.
In regards to some inaccurate statements made by *** *** of United Auto Sales & Service:
1.) The throttle body, and Air Conditioner issues were found upon test drive of the Mazda before any paperwork was signed, and *** *** verbally promised to fix the issuesThe Air Conditioner issue, is still not fixed.
2.) While the son (***) was told "We have no business with you" because the son was not on any paperwork for purchasing the Mazda 6, *** *** of United Auto Sale & Service, is still accepting payments on the Mazda by friends and family of ***, people who have no direct business with *** *** or United Auto Sales & Service but are helping to deliver cash and money order payments by *** to *** ***
3.) The son (***) was asked to speak to *** about the Air Conditioner problem in representation of *** ***-***, his mother and the owner of the Mazda (This was due to *** not being available as she keeps most focus on her mentally disabled year old son) Upon expressing concerns about the Air Conditioner, *** became hostile and refused to speak about the issue calmly*** stated to ***, "There are cameras in my business, I have you on camera.” ***, responded in his own defense, by taking out his mobile phone, and video recording his interaction with *** ***This was his own way of protecting himself.
4.) The Police were called during business hours, *** chose to not leave the business once the police were notified to prove his innocence in the situationUpon waiting for the police, *** was on the premises waiting in the Mazda for the police to show up.
5.) ***, Informed *** ***-*** and other immediate family and friends of the situation with *** *** as it was in progress while waiting for the police.
Finalizing this rejecting business response for *** *** of United Auto Sales & Service and reiterating this requested goal and action concerning the situation; *** ***-*** is asking the Air Conditioner be fixed on the Mazda If United Auto Sales & Service does not have the resources to fix the Air Conditioner issue, but sold the car on the verbal promise that the issue would be fixed prior to paperwork being signed, I would like to then request, that either United Auto Sales & Service, pay in full, to either *** ***-*** or the business that does fix the Air Conditioner, the full cost of the Air Conditioner repair, or remove the cost of the Air Conditioner repair from the total price of the Mazda 6.
That is all
Regards,
*** ***-*** & ***

SEE ATTACHMENT FOR ORIGINAL RESPONSE AND DOCUMENTSFirst of all, we like to apologize for any inconveniences, for every issue that has been stated, there are perfect explemation and written proof of that, first of, when we bought the car from the auction, the paper work states that the car is a
Kia Optima EX, when the car was sold, it was sold ASIS and without warranty of any kindMs***, states that when she took the car to the *** ** *** Service Center, and was looked up by the VIN, the car was a Kia Optima LX, and we have no clue of the cars model other than the info that was provided on the Auction Invoice paperSo, we have to sell the car with the EX modelanother statement, talks about the vehicle's engine size, The dealer papers stated that the car was a cylinder engine, however the title says Vthe title must had the wrong engine size, for all the EX models, have cylindersWhen we buy a car as a cylinder, we going to sell the car as a CylinderOn the Application for Kentucky Certificate of Title or Regestration, Stated that the car is a CYLINDER, and was co-signed by the customers and notarizedSo if the title states the car is a V6, then it was a mistake of the clerk perhapson to the odometer, we bought the car with ACTUAL Mill AGE, 101,809, which was the same number on the car and invoice paper from the auction, during those days of purchase, we don't know how much the car was driven or where it has been driven toThe Carfax was not provided by the dealer, because we do not offer them for no customer, however, we give the VIN# for any customer, upon request, so they can check the Carfax or any auto check, before purchasing the carat last, about the plateMost of the cars we buy from the auction, either come with plates or don't, in this case this Kia Optima did not come with a plate, so when we sell the car, we are intitled to provide the customer with a license plateWhen the plate was bought at the DMV, and told her to pick it up days laterwhen she came to pick it up, the car was running great and she seemed pretty satisfied with the carIn Conclusion, we sell all of our cars ASIS and are not intitled to any repairs after purchase of the carBoth customers Ms*** and the co-signer *** ***, signed the ASIS and Buyer Agreement papers, We have no idea what happened during those days and how the car was driven and taken care of, when the car was sold the customer took her time to fully check out the car and inspect it, and she liked the car and was satisfied
