We did fix all of the issues with the car that the buyer requested and she was happy and she withdrew all complaints that she filed and signed a release with usThank You for your attention on this matter

Review: I bought a used car from this business and I have yet to receive my pink slip. When I went in to ask about it I was told I needed to register the vehicle. When I purchased it I was told not to worry he would take care of everything. I bought it March 2,2016 and it is now July 21,2016. The vehicle stopped running within a month and I can't do anything with it without the title. I refuse to put money into a vehicle I may not end up owning. Plus I have received information that his license is expired.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like a refund because he also stated he would help fix the issues with the vehicle now he doesn't return calls and walks away when I'm talking to him.

Business states that the consumer did not purchase the vehicle from the business. This was a private transaction dealing with one of the salesman of the business. There is no contract between the business and this customer.

Review: I bought a car from this car lot on January the 19 th I had it looked at and I was advised that the tires where bald and both rear tires sensors where bad bd the vehicle had no transmission fuild in it so I. Let the dealer know me he said to bring it in nd I did but still has not fixed it and refuses to do so also alex the owner is rude and very disrespectful to women he takes advantage .Desired Settlement: I'd like the car fixed or the owner to buy the vehicle back .

"Customer bought the car As Is, no warranty. The customer bought the car and test drive it and had no issues. Customer a few days later after she bought it said the light was on so we told her to bring the car in so we can see what the problem is. We find out what the problem is , its the pressure sensor and she went home and called the next day. She stated that her family member or brother advised her that the car is not safe when the light is on. We wold her to go to [redacted] and he will fix the problem. She went to [redacted] and he checked everything and she still insisted, yelled, and screamed at the mechanic that something was wrong. So to eliminate the problem, and to give her customer service we went and changed the tires and the sensors. and she left without a thank you or anything. Then she left and a week or so after she called and said the car is leaking. We told her to bring it back. She came and we checked the car for leaks, there was no leak found. She insisted that there was a leak, we told her to leave the car here and we put a cardboard under the car to check, and no leak. The car was parked for an hour. After that we said goodbye have a good day we can not help you. She threatening us and yelling at us and said bad words. We did not hear from her after that."

I am rejecting this response because:Although he is telling lies I am not here to call him a liar but based on the documents I submitted to the Revdex.com it clearly are leaks and issues he knows he has never offered to keep the vehicle nor has he did anything that he is stating. If so where are the documents backing his information he is stating? Why is there no documentation if is running a business shouldn't there be invoice record of some sort ? Shouldn't we both have copies of them? I have filed my small claims paper work and followed the proper precautions to get what I'm due ." Fair exchange no robbery" and karma is real . Had ( U.A.S) done anything that they are stating they have done I would not be contacting the Revdex.com or seeking out information to get this matter handled but the truth will reveal its self and I am a firm believer of that so to United Auto Sales I will see you in court.Court is set for [redacted] Thank You

Review: It has taken over two and a half months for the paperwork to be started, little own processed. Lied to repeatedly by their sales staff.Desired Settlement: Month and year stickers (tags),registration,and pink slip in my hands now.

Review: My husband and I went in there looking for a large SUV for our growing family. We have four kids, two of which are twin babies who were only two months old, and we brought them in with us. [redacted] sold us a car with tons of problems, a few of them dangerous, knowing we would have our four children in the car and that their lives would be at risk. The air conditioning stopped working after a month of owning it, (in the middle of the summer) there are transmission issues, and the brakes are bad. [redacted] promised us that his mechanic had checked out the vehicle and that there were no problems with it. When my husband went in to talk to [redacted], he became very angry, slammed his fist on the desk, and proceeded to jab my husband in the chest while yelling at him in his face. When I spoke with [redacted] on the phone, he claimed he did not know there were problems with the vehicle, which would have been impossible if a mechanic had truly evaluated it before selling it to us. My husband and I are looking at hundreds, possibly a couple thousand, dollars worth of repairs just to make this vehicle safe to drive. [redacted] also refused to give us a front license plate, despite the fact that we told him that it is illegal to drive without a front plate (per three different law enforcement officers that we know). At first he told us that we didn't need it, and the next time I talked to him he refused to pay for it. The other issue is that the reading on the odometer that is on the paperwork is 50,000 miles more than are actually on it, so we are worried about odometer fraud.Desired Settlement: I would like for the owner to pay to fix the problems and provide us with a front license plate, as well as pay for a full diagnostic on the vehicle to make sure that there are not any other further problems we are not aware of. We also need a rental car paid for by the dealership for us to use while our vehicle is being fixed that is large enough for our family of 6 (two babies in car seats, one child in a booster).

He said how long I said bytomorrow we let you know he said I need a car to drive. I told him I can’t do that my dealer plate for test drive only. He start rasing his voice. I told him you brought the car on 7/15/2015 that’s 4 months ago and I am trying to help you and you are yelling at me. Sorry I can’t help you your 30 days warranty is over and the car was sold as is. And we sold you the car with true miles unknown ([redacted]). I will fax you all the douguments and the as is. I have 4 witness on him thank you and if you need anything please call me at [redacted] Thank you[redacted]

Review: the car has not passed smog the temporary registration is passed due. the car has many problems no longer want the car.Desired Settlement: I want my money back-
