Update to first complaint made: After filing the first complaint (***), Arpon gave me a call back on February at 8:P.Mand she has stated that she talked to Brit letting her know that she has to change her address and needs to let her (Arpon) know whether or not she can come in on
Monday ( February 2017)I also called Arpon back the same day a couple minutes later to also add in Brit having to sign the revisions that Arpon and I had made back in the middle of January because Brit didn't want to appearI also had to initiate making the calls to get the statuses on everything today February (which I think is not correct) so when I call at 7:P.MArpon answers and I ask if Brit called and she replied yes but she couldn't answer Brit's call because she was "SUPER BUSY" on Saturday and she (Arpon) couldn't return the call on Sunday because she was off and then she still couldn't find the time to today because she was still busy and then Arpon says that she will get in touch with Brit some time this weekIt's almost the due date for the court and I feel as if Arpon is trying to stall time until Brit's court date and what's going on isn't as important as her other clientsIt's something so simple and yet it's taking a long time just to get done? I feel as if this should be addressed promptly and ASAP because the defendant (Brit) is still not complying with ANY conditions of the bond and it also seems as if that hasn't been addressed at all eitherThis makes me really furiousIf Arpon doesn't want to deal with me and my husband at all I feel as if she should just refund us the $(premium) or just do WHAT WE ASK as we are the indemnitiesI also feel like something is really fishy if Arpon can't even get me and Brit in the same room so I can witness to the paperworks being filled out properly and to what we wantThere's just something really wrong with that
