Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  because the company is lying if you speak with each individual employee you will find especially the one that I was really working with the guy with the red hair you will find I was completely polite I to where they charge my battery I didn't make no obscene gestures wasn't threatening nobody like I said I stood my turn in line waited I did have an issue with them saying that they did not have paperwork  because I found that hard to believe all company should have some type of paperwork whether it be in the computer or on file and that was really the only issue I asked the gentleman that I was working with so they could look it up and then once he told me that they had no paperwork once the lady who first help me I went then politely asked her what the paperwork is so that's the biggest issue is they're trying to make me out to be some bad person and I'm not and that shouldn't happen a company can say whatever or what not they can get away with it that's not right and if they employee say I wasn't polite been there all because they're part of the company I mean they should I had video you can clearly see in the video but I was completely polite so.Sincerely,[redacted]
