Review: On July [redacted], 2013 My car was hit and United Body Works, INC. was the shop that repaired all damages that were paid by my insurance company Allstate. The damages included the drivers side door, rear quarter panel and rear rim & tire. All State paid in full all of the damages totaling approximately $8,300 in which I have the confirmation from the All state adjuster. I received the car back on August [redacted] (Wednesday). Less than a week later on Tuesday August [redacted] while driving home on the highway my car started to shake as if it were an earthquake and I started to lose control over the car. I got off the exit and noticed my rim was bent and tire was destroyed. The next day I had it towed/flat bedded to a shop in which they said the tire/rim was not put on correctly (2 shops verified this). The rim & tire that was damaged was the exact rim & tire that was in question and to be replaced from the accident that took place on July [redacted] that United Auto Body was paid for a brand new rim and tire. I called United Auto Body the next day and explained the situation to the woman (secretary etc) and explained I needed a call back immediately to discuss with owner "[redacted]". I called many times and was told they will call me back but I have yet to receive a reply. Even during the entire time my car was being fixed (6 weeks worth) they would not return my calls and they would not provide me with updates. It has costed me $1,041 due to their faulty repair of my car: $230.21 in another rental car, $350 to have my rim repaired & $461 for a new tire. I am requesting that United Auto Body compensate my expenses for something they should be liable for since I have a "Guarantee" receipt from them. I explained that the faulty tire/rim almost cost me my life and still they refuse to return my calls. My All State accident claim # is [redacted] and my claim handler is [redacted] who can confirm all information. They also did not paint the car during repair correctly (all areas that were repaired).Desired Settlement: I am requesting the total $1,041 to be refunded to me due to paying out of pocket to have this fixed when it should have been fixed correctly during repairs. Not only that but the parts of the car that were damaged during the accident needs to be repainted again due to United Auto Body doing a poor job leaving flawed sections and "fish eyes (autobody term for the flaws)" all over the areas in question. I would like to have another shop repaint those areas and United Auto Body cover that cost

At this time, I have not been contacted by United Body Works regarding complaint ID [redacted]. I have called them numerous times and spoke with the woman (secretary etc) asking her to please have owner call me or yourself (I gave them your name & number) but they refuse to respond.
