I am responding to this complaint because Mr [redacted] was a very good customer that is why we said we would return to fix his soffit and caulk a board that we had installedI believe I spoke with Mr [redacted] to have some one take care of these items even though we weren't responsible for the soffit that had fallen out of his eve and the caulking of the board was astetitc and would or it did not cause any problems with the roofI was un aware these issues were not taken care of we had sent an employee to take care of these two problems Mr [redacted] had even though they were not our fault just to keep the client happy my employee said it was taken care of and when I never heard back from Mr [redacted] I was under the impression this was doneUnfortunately the employee is no longer with usSo I would just like to say I was very upset when I saw this complaint from Mr [redacted] he had an issue before and I was right there for him I did contact him today today to apologize for this mis understanding , he emailed me and said he had already had the items taken care ofSo in that said we were not responsible for these matters and there is no way we would ever charge a client $foot these items so whom ever did should be turned in to the bbs please note we've been in buisiness for years and have spoke to you a small hand full of time

I would like to resolve this matter with Mr *** it was a long time before the soffit piece was noticed it was gone and again the board being caulked that was astetic I will give him $for the caulking of the wood the soffit was not our problem. Its kind of sad that someone would try to use the system to have a financial gain both issues could be done for $it's unfortunate that Mr *** is trying to take advantage of the situation financially that is my final offer

Denying wrong doing at this stage doesn't make sense.I am willing to provide pictures of the damages that was cause by their poor service, including water damage and locations of the problem areas. These pictures clearly show that these issues were due to poor workmanship
