Ordered a month ago, was told it had shipped days after ordering, I keep trying to check as I have not received it. Customer service is terribly unmotivated and every time I email they just say they can’t track shipping because they use a third party. That’s not an answer, as they already took the money last month and I have no product nor anyone actually trying to serve the customer with anything other than ‘not our problem, we use an independent shipping company’
Is it practice to steal money from customers and wash your hands of delivering the product? I don’t think so

What happened with this order was that it was returned to sender because she had an issue with her address. We let her know of the status of the package and refunded her when it was returned to us. There is no amount to dispute because it has already been refunded to her and she had been notified by two emails that this was processed. She inaccurately portrayed the situation and has been calling us theives in every interaction. We can provide screenshots of the conversation if necessary. Please let me know if you need more information or would like the screenshots sent over. Best,Kara
