Greetings,We have spoke to the driver and he does not remember the passenger due to picking up many passenger several time a dayIt has been along period of time he mentions and is not sure of which customer his talking about.He does accept picking up more than one customer at a time but it is instructed by dispatcher personnel at the DFW airport during bad weather All United team have their certificates to be able to operate a taxi which includes proper training.In future if any any time you feel unsafe with one of our taxi please let us know instantly so we can address the situation immediately and the rest of your ride will be pleasant.I do apologize on the drivers and company's behalf for the inconvenience that you went thought.After reviewing this incident please accept our apologies and provide the address of were I need to mail you a check with the amount of $that you paid for.Please do not let one driver give you wrong impression of you United and next time you book we will assure we meet your expectations.Thank YouUnited CabManagement

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10695650, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as I get a refund for the  cab ride.
