Review: I took the United Cab Company from the Sacramento Airport to my home on 06/2015 and left a $10.00 tip. I debt card was charged twice, once on 06/24/2015 and the second time on 07/13/2015. I contacted the company on 07/14/2015 to inform them of the duplicate charge and was told it would be refunded within a week. I have not received the refund or heard back/been able to get in contact with them since.Desired Settlement: I would like the $10.00 that was unauthorized refunded.
