I believe MrM [redacted] spoke to her today December 8, she is receiving her paid in full letter today in the matter has been resolved thank you

On 7/27/I received a phone call from the same company that employees MrM [redacted] at phone number [redacted] stating they were trying to collect on an open account I haveAfter they emailed me the letter stating who the collector was I called back and got MrM***'s voice mailThey were trying to collect from me on someone else's social security number

This is in reference to the complaint filed by a [redacted] Mrs [redacted] was given two separate arrangements and chose the arrangement that was honored. I do not recommend a refund of any kind. In reference to [redacted] they were ONLY a third party payment processor and gas ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with this matter. They simply ran the amounts on the dates that the consumer [redacted] and I worked out. Please remove all affiliation with [redacted] in regards to this matter. My company was UCIS and has not been active since March of 2016. Thank you for your time, cooperation and consideration.Sincerely, Matt M [redacted]
