Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.Original contract/agreement was for the building to start in May and complete in June reference attached document that their sales representive signed when I gave them the first check They did say it would slip until June 15th and I agreed to a June start and completion at end of June (reference their attachment) I was supposed to be 10th on list to get the building built on March 3, 2016, there is an independent witness (a builder here that wanted to get them to build him a building was in the meeting) to this fact I'm sure that they have built more than buildings since March 3, Request number of buildings built by KB since March They said in the meeting it takes days to build the building Kevin B [redacted] NEVER returns phone calls I have documented telephone records to this fact.KB buildings stated there was months of rain, that is wrong also In the last days (since I paid them money) there has been days of rain in the DFW area.Besides them starting the building in July by pouring concrete and nothing else and leaving trash on the site (again in the contract they are to clean up after themselves) Which I will document also in pictures They scheduled it for the first week in August which they didn't show (no rain in that time frame), then August 25th didn't show or call I have called them dozens of times with no return call received text later that will be here Sept 15th.The price of all buildings (you can check their own price) have gone up significantly in the last months since I paid them and going to another builder to finish someone else's work is cost prohibitive.So the best thing for both of us (them and I) is for them to show up Sept 15th and build a quality building as advertised and payments made on Regards, [redacted]

In regards to Mr***s complaint, at KB Metal Buildings we care and respect everyone of our clients and hold each clients project in the highest regardMr*** called our assistant manager wanting to terminate his contract with us due to the fact that we were behind schedule in his project
Our assistant manager has been in contact with Mr*** as to the start schedule for his project through the duration of the processMr*** asked our manager what it would take to cancel contract, our manager made Mr*** aware of the contract cancellation reimbursement which is acquired through sales commissions and effort put forth to generate a contract and meet at Mr***s locatation to hand deliver and sign him upMr*** agreed to terms of reimbursement and signed the form stating he agreed with the processAfter all this transpired Mr*** commenced to file a complaint on our company and slander our company nameOur goal is to give our clients a quality product and quality service, I'm sorry we weren't able to supply Mr*** with his needs and we wish him the best in his future*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: KB Metal Buildings never disclosed to me in writing or in person when I signed the original contract that there would be ANY cancelation feeIf you would like a copy of the original contract I can provide it at any timeNo where on the contract does it state there is a cancelation feeWhen the original build date came and went, I never heard a word from anyoneI called more than a dozen timesI emailed a half a dozen times and after weeks finally received a call back and was told it would be another monthsThere was NO mention of being behind due to weather, only they were sorryI received another call from another employee of the company and was told the reason I had to pay the $cancelation fee was do to the fact the first person I talked to had been fired for stealing and she had taken the $out of my depositIn other words she took her commission on a job that was never builtKB should have given me my full deposit and went after her for the $she basically stole from themThen at the end of this nightmare, I did not receive a call back for almost a month after I told them I wanted my money back I had to take off work and hunt the owner down at there address of record which is a trailer parkWas difficult to findHope this clears up any confusion of this situation.
