Thank you for forwarding this statement from *** ***Please review the following for your recordsUpon arrival at the park, *** *** did inform our driver that he wanted the bus closed until departure time and gave him a gratuityApproximately minutes before the scheduled departure
time, a lady with her child came to the bus and asked to come inside, her child was not feeling good and needed to eatOur driver accommodated the client, it was a hot day and our driver would not leave a child in need of comfort to stand in the heatSo our driver allowed them to enter the vehicleIt should also be noted that the need for the restroom for the child was also satisfiedWhen *** *** arrived about minutes later, along with other guests, it was then *** *** “vented” his displeasure with our drivers actionsMind you this was in front of other passengers beginning to board the coachOur driver rebutted *** ***’s abusive tone stating “they needed the restroom and food for the child”This did not satisfy *** *** who raised his voice and said “ I gave you a tip”Our driver merely took the tip money out of his pocket and tossed it on the seat and told *** *** he could keep the tip, the child was more importantOur driver left the vehicle and called the officeUpon reentering the bus, our driver proceeded to take the clients to their destination in the BronxUpon arrival, our driver opened the luggage bay to extract the few back packs and cooler that were stored, placing them on the sidewalkAt no time did our driver “throw” any personal belongings of the clients*** *** contracted a Luxury Coach to pick up clients in the Bronx and transport them to Sesame Place Langhorne PA and returnI submit to you that the “contract of transport” was satisfied and there is no need for a refund of $as *** *** is demanding. [So basically you are stating I could get anyone to agree with me and I also took there money. He's insinuating I could make up my own situation and have witnesses vouch for me. But doesn't this also States his driver could do the same? I asked if there was cameras in the bus so he could view what happen but he did not reply. He also stated he has not talk to the driver and is talking for G[redacted] the owner who was not there. I am not looking for a refund I am looking for them or the driver to take acceptance that his behavior was unprofessional but instead I keep getting attack and my character and reputation is being doubted by stating I did not return the tip and I acted aggressively when its the drivers word against mine. And I have plenty of witness that are strong minded and act on their conscience as you could see by the situation of the guest requesting to enter the bus when I the director of the trip instructed otherwise. Her herself is willing to write a letter in my behalf stating the drivers action was unprofessional. She stated she was thankful he let her in and she apologize for her against my instruction that was put in place yo protect the overall safety and protection of peoples belonging on the bus. The guest food was left under the bus so they would be ableto access without having to get on the bus and there was a picnic area under tree a fee steps away from the bus so again that's not justify as to why he went against something that I agree with him before we got off the bus upon arrival at the park. It seem the more I explain the situation and state facts that occur as I have witnesses and the camera on the bus I get my integrity and character attack. This definately shows how the company handles situation "professionally" I would like to go on record and have this whole conversation on display so guest who are thinking of contracting this company could read and make up their own mind by judging the replies from this company]

Once again I feel like the issue still has not been address. First the person responding to this complaint is a D[redacted] which I never spoke to or hand any kind of communication with. All during this incident when I spoke to G[redacted] and ask to speak to a supervisor or the owner G[redacted] stated he was owner and now this D[redacted] guy is replying to the situation. D[redacted] never called me in regards to the situation and they are speaking and confirmin the story the driver is stating. Now the story is a woman and a child came to the driver stating  they had to use the bathroom. When I spoke to G[redacted] the day after the trip he stated it was against the law. So I don't know if you notice the change of story again. I have plenty of witnesses from the passengers who at the point I boarded the bus and the throwing of the money occurred were already on the bus meaning he let more than a woman and a child board the bus. Disregarding what Me and him (the person who signed the contract and is responsible for anything that occur on the bus) agreed on before departing the bus. If the woman and child he claims needed to eat and use the bathroom we were in a public water park where there are plenty of bathrooms and food stands they could had used before heading to the bus. So by him saying no he could not alloe them on the bus he would not had broken any "laws" or not be out of character by executing the "don't let anyone on the bus" til departure time we had agreed on and EVERYONE on the bus was mad aware before we we exited the bus upon arrival. I am curious are there cameras on the bus? Maybe they should vies the camera and see the moment when the driver got up from his chair and threw the money on the chair I had my back to him and was getting my things together on my chair. I would just like the company to acknowledge the driver did not act accordingly to what was agreed upon the person who contracted the bus and him instead of making excuses after excuses like if Mr D[redacted] or Mr G[redacted] were present and witness the situation. I have plenty of witness that are willing to write statement due to the money situation and how the driver handle their belongings upon arriving at our final stop. I did not witness the occurrence of the baggage situation so I can not sit Here and state it did or did not happen but I could and will tell you the situation with the throwing of the tip did not happen the way this D[redacted] (which I never spoke to) is stating happen. The more I seek to have an outside party deal and defuse the situation the more the bus company story changes. And with that I have a huge problem. Please let me know if you would like me to forward you some of the writing statements the passenger on the bus have written in regards to the situation they WITNESSED first hand and not going by he/she say.

In response to [redacted]s response, I am authorized to speak on behalf of United Coach Line in the absence of G[redacted], the owner. I was made aware of the “situation” by G[redacted] and I have spoken to our driver Vladimir. The statement by [redacted] regarding “It’s against the law” was in reference to “NOT” allowing a passenger access to comfort. Despite the fact that “food and restroom” are available in the park, that is no concern to us as a company. That is why food and refreshments were brought by the passengers, so they would not have to spend money in the park. But nevertheless, our driver answered the need of a passenger’s request. The “issue” has been addressed. The need to “defuse” the situation as [redacted] states, is his need, not ours. He created the situation. [redacted] is merely attempting to push an issue that has no issue. The contract “signed” by [redacted] with United Coach Line was for transportation from the Bronx to Pennsylvania and return and was executed in whole. His expressed “outrage” with our driver by allowing two guests in the vehicle is unfounded by any means. His outburst to our driver is the cause for our driver to return the “tip”. I am sure that [redacted] can get anyone to write letters about the handling of the few pieces of luggage underneath the bus. Can he also get letters from everyone that the “tip” money they all gave was returned to them? There is no founding of lack of service to substantiate the need for a refund of the contract price. [redacted]’s outburst upon our driver is the cause of this frivolous complaint.
