given our toll-free customer service number to call in within 30 days to cancel her order. Readers Club of America's toll-free number should appear each month on the customer's credit card statement for her to reach us. A confirmation letter was also mailed to Ms. [redacted] on 04/28/2015 in regards to the agreement. (ATTACHED)
Ms. [redacted] has never called in to inquire about her magazine account.
Ms. [redacted] has never spoke with our company on any occasion in regards to the issues she is stating. Ms. [redacted] may call in at any time to discuss and resolve any complaints she is having with her account.

I was never told that I could cancel in 30 days nor did I receive any confirmation letter. Every time I get a phone call about my subscriptions I ask to cancel and am denied! If it is as easy as a phone call just cancel it for me now please! I do not want or need this subscription!

Ms. [redacted] may call in at any time and listen to verbal agreement she made with our company. It states on verbal recording that she has 30 days to cancel. A confirmation letter of order was also mailed detailing her account with Readers Club of America.
To date, Ms. [redacted] has not spoken with Readers Club of America since she agreed to receiving a package of magazines on 04/28/2015.

Mr. [redacted] was given our toll-free customer service number to call in within 30 days to cancel his order. Readers Club of America's toll-free number should appear each month on the customer's credit card statement for him to reach us.
Mr. [redacted] has never called in to inquire about his magazine account:
Readers Club of America apologizes for any misunderstanding Mr. [redacted] has in any way of purchasing a package of magazines from our company. Verbal Recording #XXXXXXXX may be listened to at any time in regards to contract terms, cancellation policy and pricing. He also requested 2 of the 5 magazines to be mailed to a different address.
We have also tried to contact him on numerous accounts to resolve issues with chargebacks on his account. At which no resolution was ever to be made on his or our behalf. On 08/11/2015, Mr. [redacted] stated he didn't even remember signing up with our company and hung up.
Mr. [redacted] also states he would like a refund due to not receiving product. On 08/20/2015, our company received magazines returned to the PO Box. Customer Service rep attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] to advise him to return as refuse to sender. Which would save him cost of shipping and they would be returned to publisher. He also mailed a letter stating to cancel. As of 08/20/2015, Readers Club of America closed and cancelled Mr. [redacted] account with a zero balance. At this time we have not heard of a resolution with the dispute department to see if charges were reversed. I will be reaching out to them in regards to a refund of [redacted] on Mr. [redacted] Card.
Readers Club of America feels that we have went beyond efforts to try and resolve any complaints that Mr. [redacted] has stated.
