Review: Ordered a gun safe in October and was delivered with a large scratch. Did not take safe off delivery truck, sent back immediately and called company for a refund. No refund since return. Followed up several times in December, January and February. The customer service rep., [redacted], whom I have spoken with every time, keeps giving excuses and even claimed I asked for a new safe, which I did not. Told me refund was coming and still have not received. Amount is $2,529.99Desired Settlement: I want my total refund in the amount of $2,529.99 immediately
