The most recent letter I received from Revdex.com was dated on 11-18-however I received the letter by mail on 11-29-As in previous reply to this matter, I have acknowledge customer concern, I am willing to resolve the concern, customer can reach out to me at anytime via Email- ***, and phone ###-###-#### to schedule a time for my company to resolve the concern as soon as customer has the paint available

I'm the owner of United Concept LLC, responding to complaint *** in connection with Mr*** .I made arrangements with Ms*** to do moisture barrier, install tv mount and tv on all, switch supplies lines on bath sink for correction hot and cold side on faucet, adjust hot water on
shower diverter to increase hot water flow, show home owner how to adjust settings on hot water tank, these projects was completed on 08-19-Homeowner request me to install a screen door which based on my schedule I inform them I can do it days later, but home owner said I can only install the door after 4:30pm during the week, I advised I will try but to start a project at that time is difficult, I wasn't able to do the project during the week, but text homeowner offering to do the project on a saturday, but homeowner said no because of a block party eventvia *** I learned that homeowner no longer would like to have the screen door installedit should be noted that I did out of the listed projects free of cost as a courtesytwo holes were created on drywall, which I patch the same day before I left homeowner resident, the patch needed to be dry then sand and paint, however homeowner didn't have the paint availableafter *** me of a complaint, I then again reached out to homeowner to schedule a time to install the screen door, and complete the patch work, but homeowner said they "no longer need my service" I am available to complete the patch asoon as homeowner advise the paint is availableI regret this matter has reached this far. I am rejecting this response because: The response was less than truthful when it stated that he would return 2 days later for the storm door. He told my wife and I that he would be back the next day. We waited all day for him to come. He also, through [redacted] said that he refuses to reimburse me to fix the damage he caused to the wall in my office through his neglect.
