Review: We had a new driveway poured by United Concrete in September of 2012. By February of 2014, the driveway was starting to flake and disintegrate. When we called United Concrete in February we were told that there wasn't anything they could do during the winter and that they'd come in the spring. We called again in May and were told we were on their list. At the end of June I called, but no one returned my call. In July I called and I received a return message saying I was still on the list. In August I called again and was told that all of the people waiting for driveways to be done this year were ahead of me and they didn't know if it would be two weeks or two months. I was told the people paying for new driveways had first availability.Desired Settlement: We would like to see our driveway repaired. A year and a half old driveway should not flake and peel.
