United Construction & Remodeling

Please see the attached contract signed by Jim W[redacted] an employee of United Construction on 9/15/17 and also signed by me the following day on 9/16/17. I scanned and email this contract back to Jim W[redacted] on the same day I signed it 9/16/17. The statement by Beka that it was months later is false. My records show that I contacted Jim W[redacted] on 10/30, 10/31, 11/2, 11/15, and 11/21 inquiring just about the st[redacted] date of the work. I could not do this if there wasn't a signed contract. There were other emails and telephone calls regarding the temporary fence
