I received a letter from you in regards to *** *** complaint; ID ***. Prior to receiving this missive, I had attempted to contact Mr*** several times to assist in remedying the issue. I have finally received word back from him accepting my proposed solution. I
also have explained to him that the original contract had not been turned into our office until months after the original meeting with the sales representative. I do not assume action to be taken on behalf of the Revdex.com with regards to this information, I simply would like to provide background information that Mr*** knew, but did not relay in his complaintPlease mark this complaint as resolved to the satisfaction of the customer, as I have an email from him confirming my proposed solution is amenable with him. Thank you for your due diligence on this matterHave a wonderful afternoon.Sincerely,Beka H***Office Manager, UCR607-281-

I received the contract many months after the initial meeting with Jim, for which Jim was reprimanded and disciplinary action was taken. I spoke with Mr*** many times, and let him know that I did not have a contract for him every time I spoke with him. I also have a contract signed by Mr*** dated 10/13/17, not the above mentioned 09/16/I received the contract from Jim on 11/28/17. At that time I called Mr*** and alerted him to the fact that I had finally received it and that Jim had forgotten to have him sign a portion of the contract. I apologized and emailed a copy of the document to Mr***. I wish I could change when I got the contract, because that would mean this situation would not have occurred and his job would've been completed months ago, but the fact is I cannot begin work if I don't have a contract. I didn't get the contract from Jim until late in November. I proposed to the customer a refund of $on the temporary fence project, which has been installed. This fence meets code requirements as an "active deterrent". No further work is needed to fulfill this portion of the contract based on the refunded amount of $250.00; agreed upon with Mr***.Thank you for your diligence on assisting this customer, please let me know if there is anything you need from me. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meIt is still very frustrating to me that excuses for not starting or completing the work contracted for are still being made regardless of the many, many calls and emails that I made to both Jim and BekaAlso no one mentioned not receiving a contractIf so I would have gladly sent Beka a copy of the one signed by both Jim and me two months priorJust take responsibility for screwing this up and lets both move on.Regards, *** ***
