pertaining to the fence storm damage Sept 10 2015. Our company usually stays scheduled out 4-8 weeks, however we moved jobs around and got this fence repaired quickly and we repaired 9 post, 6 more then the insurance company paid for. We always stand behind our work and our agreements. While every company will have delays from time to time we do our best to work through them and keep our customers satisfied. We appreciate Mrs [redacted] business and look forward to assisting her whenever needed. We take full responsibility for the delay and misunderstanding of getting the fence repaired.
