months SAC option.
We received payments totaling
of $1,444.00 (the original amount financed on 4/9/14) and your account is in

We are writing in response to your Revdex.com complaint.
We apologize for any misunderstanding.
Our records indicate that you purchased a [redacted] Vacuum from [redacted]...
[redacted] Inc. on 11/30/12. Our records indicate that we confirmed receipt of the merchandise and verified the terms of the contract with you by telephone on 12/1/12.
We mailed an acknowledgement letter to you on 12/6/12 to your address on the contract. The letter was returned on 12/28/12 by the USPS as no such address.
We attempted calling you by telephone a number of times until 3/13/13 when we learned the number we originally spoke with you on was no longer in service.
We have no record of any prior complaints.
Enclosed is a copy of the contract along with your payment history.
